Here are the numbers, and I must say I’m impressed.
I’ve only done the cylinder so far then other duties encroached.
Chamber #:
1.) .4539
2.) .4540
3.) .4539 to 4541 This one would need repeating if critical which it isn’t.
4.) .4541
5.) .4542
6.) .4541

Wow Chris i'd hafta agree with you.
Those are close enough to be your lube and or cooling times makin the differences i'd say.
I am pretty surpised given that it's a BP gun.
I'm curious now to dig up my cerrosafe and check one o' my Ruger CF revolvers and see if they're as close.
Did you do or do you intiend to do the bore ?

Yes, in the fullness of time, I will do the bore.
But for those watching, I will only do the first inch to an inch and a half of bore.
The prep is considerable, and an error is also considerable.
The cylinder alone was difficult enough with the machining marks of a brand new gun. Luckily, most of the castings failed to fill those marks and those that did, were readily apparent.
So, if this gun shoots reasonably well, don’t expect bore number(s). It’s just a fun gun using my own recipe of BP. Since I roll my own, the possibilities are endless. Ultimately, this gun, while fun, will become yet another testing platform.
Go make some smoke.

Chris, i'm sorry, i should have been more specific. In that i wasn't asking if you were gonna cast the bore but slug it.
Sluggin it would indeed be far easier and give you the number ya need.
