Well I wanted to post some good news here BUT common sense will never prevail with Democrats. All the speakers made Koretz look like a fool but when it came time to vote it didn't matter, all the Dems backed him!

AB50 passed 5-2, you can guess what Grey Dufuss will sign!

The Fascist Five that passed this.

These are the "Fascist Five" that need to be removed from Public Service in
California as soon as possible. These people care little for OUR safety,
just to be disarming us is the plan. They are totally without honor, self
respect and do not deserve to be in our employ as Public Servants.
Their vote was pre-ordained, After the failure of AB2222, Koretz managed
to get himself placed on the Public Safety Committee with one goal, to have
his name put on SOMETHING. The "vote was in" before the meeting started,
you could tell from the way it was "run", the DEMS knew how they were voting
long ago.
His current position as Assemblyman in WEST HOLLYWOOD is as unimpressive
as his public speaking talents (If you've ever seen him in action or heard
him speak, you'll wonder who he had to ____ to get in ANY Public position.)
What else has he done? Sponsored a bill to make it illegal to declaw your
cats in California (AB395), now there's a BIGGY! WOW, don't you feel safe
now!

What a piece of work... It pisses me off he's breathing my air!

If this (AB50) is an example of our State Government in action, there
needs to be a large number of California "Couch Potato" gun owners that need
to get off their *** and vote these *******s out of the Country, not just
the Legislature!

Here are the "Party Line Dems" that have little regard for reality or
hopefully for their future positions in the Communist State of California.
They all voted against you buying a ".50" after the law is signed.

If they're in your district, get them removed from Office!

Was this the last hurdle before it goes to the floor for a vote? If so, how long before they do vote on this?

We all know if it passes Grayout Dufus (the man that never saw a gun law he didn't like) will sign the thing before the ink is dry.

Great logic here. They are targeting people who for the most part are well-to-do and tend to be professionals. Just the type that pay the most taxes and who's businesses contribute to keeping this state going. This insanity just gives those with REAL common sense a bigger push to bail on this socialist workers paradise and take their skills (and $$$'s) to a state that appreciates their contribution.

I'm livid at the apparent "fix". 4,000 people took the time to voice their dissent. It's obvious even if 10,000 had, it still wouldn't have made any difference to those running the show. This is what happens when a single party runs the entire apparatus of government. Checks and balances exist on paper, not in reality.

I REALLY can't afford a .50 right now but it looks like I'll have to find a way. Maybe a Serbu for now and worry about the scope later.
