There was a commercial pattern from south africa made by an outfit called Adder. it was a purple-grey with black blotches surrounded with dots of black. It's supposed to be urban of some kind. I have the hat and would love to have more... Hey Mokwepa.. where you at?

Also... english or german ship camo? off white with dark grey lightningbolts?

Call me crazy i like heavy white arctic camo however i dont know how much its actually used. I like do like snow though and it appears most guys on this forum are tending opposite me towards the jungle patterns useful in heavy heat and humidity.

Where did you find that jacket? I can't locate good Rhodesian anywhere...

I got it from Trident Military. His website isn't the most shopper friendly -- the couple times I've ordered from him I've had to email first to verify what sizes he had in stock and such, but otherwise a good guy to deal with in my experience.

I wish I knew. I used to have the t-shirt too. Bought it in 1992. color used to lean a little more to the purple, but not much. I've been told it could be " south african special ops urban camo" or commercial. The company info on the tag is as follows:

Adder
Box 1 Pofadder 8890
Republic of South Africa

I'm thinking I need to talk to Mokwepa, he can tell me if that is a properly formed address. I'd kill the president of paraguay with a fork for a set of BDUs in that patterned on the Vietnam slant pocket Ripstops.... Or a bolt of fabric to do the interior of my Power Wagon with.

Wisht I had enough of it to have jaws superimpose it on some stuff. It'd look hella cool on my night visioned out AR with the big flashlight. If I wasn't painting my PW back to desert turquoise that's what color it'd be.
