Can an Indiana resident get a KY CCDW?

From what I've read in the statutes it's a no but I wanted to confirm this. Any links are great appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Get yourself a Utah cow and a FL cow pwrmit and your covered in like 34 states, can't remember if KY is one of them but I think it is.

The GFSZ factor is still in play without an actual Kentucky permit. That's why I have PA and NH permits. I go to both almost every year.
