I can't for the life of me figure out what these are.

I will deliver one happy face emoticon to the member who can help me.

Thanks!

I'm just looking for who makes them.

I have found several similar grips but none with those intersecting deeper cuts. I think they are pretty sweet.

They look like modified VZ grips (the modification being the cross cuts)

Actually that pistol looks like an STI Lawman, which came with optional VZ style Grips on them, so those could be modified by the original owner (or even STI)

they do look like G-10 and indeed might have originally been from VZ. the cross hatch modification does look like they were applied by the owner, due to their lack of uniformity, and reminds me of a picture of a hack job i saw a picture of applied to the front strap of a 1911...might have been on the 1911forums

Its definitely a Lawman but I've never seen a Lawman come with these grips with or without the added cuts. They have used several grips that I'm aware of including ergo's at one time. They do have a tan gun with a similar grip in tan on their website, perhaps the same brand.

I think they could be Warthogs too, seems like the color matches better than anything VZ has, these seem to have more blue in them: http://www.davidsonknives.com/grips/grips.htm
I think Springer puts these on the TRP

You guys might be right about them being modified by the owner.
