Can factory Sig P226 Tactical barrel be used on any Sig P226?

I have an older (pre-rail) Sig P226. I have found a used Sig P226 Tactical threaded barrel with thread protector for sale at a reasonable price.

Anyone know if that barrel would drop into my gun? Also, is the factory barrel threaded 1/2-28 or do I need an adaptor of some sort?
