Can I buy a gun tomorrow?

Just wondering about the President's day holiday.

I was hoping to buy a Glock 22 tomorrow. I have a CWP so I am usually able to just buy it and leave with it right then and there (unless they have to special order it).... but I'm wondering if the NICS system will be operational or not due to president's day?

Am I going to run into a problem?
