There were some findings by the FBI on firearms and violence and such that I have found in the past and that were posted on here somewhere hours ago, but now I cannot seem to find. Can someone post a link if you have it?

That just takes me to the main page. I am looking for something specific that was on their site that now seems to be gone and I was wondering if anyone had the link. It was posted in this forum somewhere recently but now I cannot find it on here either. It specifically compared gun related death rates vs. that of auto crashes, drunk driving, drug overdoses, etc.

The FBI publishes annual reports on crime under the heading of the Unified Crime Reports or UCR.

I have yet to find where you can download the entire study as a PDF, so locating information can be a bit of a hassle as you have to know what you're looking for.
