I have an acquaintance in Petaluma, CA who is in desperate need of some 209 primers for a rapidly upcoming Muzzleloader hunt. He can't find any anywhere near him. Does anyone in that area know of 209 primers to be had? Or could someone near him spare some so the fellow can hunt? He would like to get 100 but would settle for 20. Any help?

My cousin did this for deer season last year. He does not have any reloading tools. He watched YouTube videos about making shotshells without a press and made his own de-primer tool out of a couple of pieces of wood and a nail.

If you want to ship a few pimers without hazmat restrictions, send primed shot shells. Old ones that you don't plan to re use. They can just press them back out. Box of 20 should be pretty easy.
