Can't Decide Ruger or S&W

cant decide

fellas i registered to vote ,but a little late .
i used to be a colt die hard , pythons,anacondas ,king cobras,but theyve all given away to rugers , some thing you didnt have to send back for spittin in your face every six months to a yr.
i even tried 586s 686s but still not on time all the time .
i dont abuse revolvers ,but i do shoot em
in my younger days ,before children, wife & me used to shoot every week end
bbuuuuuuttttttt prioritys& everything has turned to redhawks& gps !!!1
im not biased though all revolvers have there places, its just up to us where!!

Thank for everybodies input, I learn few thing here. I guess I can't go wrong with either one but now I need to buy. Once I get my tax money I will let you know what I decided.

I voted the S&W 686 but not just any M686, the M686SSR Stock Service Revolver. Even though it's on the normal list it looks like a Performance Center Model. It has a Forger Hammer and Trigger, not MIM parts. The Charge Holes are Chamfered, it comes with wooden grips and a few other goodies from the past. As soon as I get the cash up I'm getting one of these revolvers for sure. It will be a nice addition to my M619.

Ruger GP100 is my choice,but S&W686 is a very nice gun too.

I've owned both. Both will last generations. I prefer my GP100 because it balances better in my hand with the factory grips and I also like the interchangeable sights.
