nowadays a popular plinking round for 38 specials and even 357 is a 98 grain lead bullet at very low velocities. its considered good for cowboy action shooting work.
However the 98-100 grain lead slug from a handgun barrel pushed to the same velocity is considered worthless even for plinking tin cans with, so please why the love of one and the hate for teh .410 slug?
