I was inspecting my seven times fired PPU07 brass, and I think I’m finally getting some case stretch. It looks like about 13/100 have a problem. Is this the dreaded ring? I can feel it as well on the outside of the case. Should I trash the entire 100 cases, or inspect carefully and use them again?

I only see where the resizing die stopped, That is not what case head separation looks like, it's to low. The brass is thick down there, if it is going to separate it will be up where the web stops and the brass thins out to the wall thickness.
Usually you need to check the inside of the case for case head separation.

Have you tried the bent gemclip test? Bend a small "L" on the end of a s clip... run it down inside where the line is on brass ... you should be able to feel a dip in the brass .... You can also use a fine hacksaw and split a brass and look ...

Looks kind of low for signs of incipient case head separation, but never say never. Have you felt inside the case? Sometimes here the brass naturally thins feels like a rut.

If your brass is showing signs of separation after 7 firings you are pushing the shoulder back too far.

Just because you have fired the brass only 7 times does not mean it is used up.
The only ring I can see looks like where the bottom of the FL die stops.
You can also get visual rings that you cannot feel from the partitions in plastic cartridge boxes.
I have .222 Mag brass that has never been FL sized. Those cases have a pressure ring from case expansion. I have several lots that have been fired 25 to 30 times. Eventually the primer pockets get worn from seating and decapping so many primers. When they get too loose they go in the trash. If your die setting is accurate you will almost never have separated case heads. I get similar long life with 45-70 brass too.
