once you size the brass and cut to lenght .........the neck has burrs on the inside and outside.........i have the ch4d deburring tool.......to process alot of brass takes a long time by hand......im wondering if anyone know a quicker way to clean the necks ........is there a machine i can buy? thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Giraud case trimmer will cut your brass to length, chamfer, and debur in one easy step. If you have to process a lot of brass, its the way to go. It is a wonderful piece of equipment. I bought one a few months ago, and you can process hundreds of pieces of brass per hour.

how is the rcbs trim mate ?????????? i dont 300-400 to spend .......is it easy to use and fast?

try this

http://www.lymanproducts.com/lymanproducts/caseprep.htm

from Lyman, I have one and cuts the time in half at least but more importantly cuts down on your finger blisters and wrist cramps with a manual one. They are the cheapest that I have seen and work good.

RCBS also makes a nice station but is a bit over a hundred dollars the Lyman is about half that.

Scroll down the page on the link to find the Lyman power deburr kit
