It seems that there would be senerios that generate this problem more or more often.
Absolutely, turning so the neck is thinner than the shoulder is a quick way to create them. That said, if your bullet doesn’t go below the neck, it wouldn’t even be a problem if one existed. Like this.
Dies will make a difference too like a Lee collet die vs bushing vs regular FL die as well as how each is set.
Why I like to set dies up so the case is under compression when the bolt is closed, when I can. It minimizes brass movement.
Less trimming is another advantage of the practice.
