I picked myself up a Quick-N-Ez case tumbler and cant believe I cleaned cases without it! I used some corn cob media and got my brass nice a clean...most of it shiny with just about an hour of tumbling.
Now the part of me that makes me hate myself some times chimes in...not all the cases came out shiny like new...so do I just need to leave the brass in it longer? I have seen some things about people adding some liquid brass polish to the media, is this a good idea? what does it do to the over all life of the tumble media? or should I be using walnut shell as media instead of corn cob?
If you are getting into reloading get yourself a tumbler...its not needed, but it makes life a lot easier!
