Out of JHPs and looking for recommendations for MO Bullet's .44 options. Since the name Elmer Keith is synonymous the cartridge, those are my first leaning. But how about the others? What experience can anyone offer? Are these also acceptable for whitetail or should I stick with JSP/JHPs for hunting.

These will be fired from a Ruger SBH. I have Unique and H110 powders on hand.

Thanks everyone!

I have loaded Missouri Bullet Company's 200gr 44 Cast Bullet cast at 18 BHN with great success. I have fired them at 1400-1500fps without leading in a 20" Marlin Carbine. I recommend the slower powders H110, 2400, AA#9. Don't download the H110 though.

The 44 Mag Keith SWC should be fine for deer size game, but watch for over penetration with hard cast. I would stay way from the round nose design for wild game.
