CDNN FAL Parts Kit - What would I get?

This CDNN flyer caught my attention, do I understand it correctly, it seems to be saying that you get a complete FAL action complete with barrel and optics rail but minus the furniture.

I think there is a bit of difference between the FAL and the PBR to start with.

Ahh yes, just spotted the bolt action part, hence the Winchester stock reference.

My excitement level just tanked...........
