Is there a rational reason for having no sights?
I get the whole point shooting thing but it just looks weird without a front sight.
Makes the gun look very Saturday night special ish.
I like the all business look of the Boomer. Chopped down and ready to throw heavy lead at close distances.
I've got a Pach compact grip I had on my Pitbull. Might need to get a Boomer for it to go on.
Hmmmm.
I figured that with the shrouded hammer. Always liked those revolvers, tons of power in a small package. I tell customers that a purely defensive firearm is like only one other thing I can think of and that's a fire extinguisher. Something you buy and hope you never need to use it. May you never need yours. The purpose of having no front sight is to help eliminate the chance of hang ups ... Alot like the Fitz Special.. For pocket carry ..
Its not a target pistole' .. Its a upclose anti-mugger pistole...
I have one like this. Not sure how the smooth ramp Front sight is gonna snag on anything. The purpose of having no front sight is to help eliminate the chance of hang ups ... Alot like the Fitz Special.. For pocket carry ..

I want to believe.
I like 44 Special. Even bought a new CA SS snub once,
Brought it home the cylinder thumb latch sliced my finger. One cylinder was messed up and would not chamber a round.
Brought it back to the LGS , returned to factory. Got my money back (friends with the owner) Other than that I liked it,
Still want one.
