Cheap Bulk Ammo

Does anyone know a good source online to buy 38spl and 357mag in bulk?

Cheapest I've found so far is 500rds - $99 - 38spl - FMJ - American

Would it be worth 2 cents more a round to go with this stuff from cabelas?

Didn't say who the manufacturer was though.

I'm not needing this for personal defense or even outstanding accuracy. All I need it for would be "as cheap as possible" plinking from a S&W 19.

The stuff from Cabelas is reloaded HSM. The cast lead bullets turn my stainless revolver black after 50 rounds. The JHP bullets are much cleaner.

38spl factory ammo is a huge ripoff. I reload it myself, and i use 125gr FMJ's. I can do a 1000 rounds for $70.

If you want cheap .357 you gotta reload.

I was able to make 140 rounds for the price of one 50 round WWB.

.357 pays for itself quickly.

He sells it on gunbroker too.

Try National Bullet Company

in Ohio. Of course they are on the internet. I live in Iowa and just bought 1000 rounds of 38 special for $129 plus 15 dollars shipping. It came to just at $7.25 for a box of 50 delivered to my porch. I ordered it on Thursday and had it on
Saturday. I like it fine. It is remanufactured and they even put it loose in boxes of 50. I have gotten bulk ammo in bags of 100 and then put in a carton of 5 bags. That is fine too and that was from a different manufacturer.
