Cheapest reloading supplies?

If you're looking for Lee equipment, check out www.fmreloading.com. I purchased my Lee Classic Turret from them about a month ago and was happy with the prices. For powder, bullets, primers, etc, check your local gun shop or Powder Valley or Graff & Sons online. FWIW, a local gun shop has much better prices on powder than Cabela's does, and both are about the same distance.

As long as you're not out in the sticks of Western PRM, you're always close enough to the Kittery Trading Post over the bridge in Maine. They stock the popular reloading stuff, and it makes for a fun trip. And I hope you're going to the Appleseed shoot in Hartford in April.

http://www.wideners.com/ used to be very competitive on components and surplus ammo. I have not checked them lately. The Master Match bullets they sell are good bullets and cheaper than many. I still have some.

I picked up a catalog recently from their location here in Clarksville TN. Prices are great but there is a $40 min purchase because of their low prices.

They are far cheaper than anything I've found on ebay, and they don't gouge on shipping cost.
 
If your are not in a hurry god deals can be had at Midway otherwise shop around. Midway is hard to beat on their sales merchandise but their regular price plus the shipping is usually not best price. I have bought two presses over the years from Midway when they were on sale , a Lee LoadMaster and more recently a Hornady AP L-n-L. I had been pricing them for months at all the sites lists so when they went on sale at Midway I knew they were a good deal.
 
If i might chine in here, We in the PRM have problems in ordering reloading supplies such as powder,primers and brass.
Our last AG has effectively shut down ANY of the above material from being shipped here.Most won't sell powder bullets etc. to Ma residents. Graf's will not sell any relaoding materials or equipment in Ma without a Dealer's license.
LK go to the NES reloading board and have somone PM you places to get supplies. You might want to try Riley's in Hooksett they have prices as good or better than KTP and no sales tax
 
the haz mat shipping charges kinda kills all the savings on powder and primers..... if i bought a lb of bullseye from midway it'd cost about $30 just to get it here looks like from my last flier....... i was at scheels in des moinse a couple weeks ago for about $16 so i was pretty happy even tho i saw it for a dollar cheaper at the gun show in boone..... looks like i should have bought primers too...... loaded some .38 spls last night an didn't realize i was that low..........
 
A bargain is where you find it. When you're buying powder and primers, it's usually the best deal to go in with as many buddies as you can find. When you buy enough, the outfit usually covers the hazmat fees themselves and you split shipping costs amongst the buyers.

That and buying local at a gunshow where a guy is trying to move 8 pounds at a time is a good thing.

i havent heard any one mention ebay. i have 3 boxes of sierra 10 grn .308 being delivered this week. i got them all from ebay. The most expensive one was 20 which includes shipping. The other two are $15.00 delivered to my door. un opened brand new.

Same time i purchased my press from ebay. you can get a lot of things at new or near new condition on ebay. Then at the same time if you are looking at lee products. Always visit the lee site first. I remember once i bought a set of dippers from lee precision for i think 10$ with 4$ shipping. on ebay cheapest i found for the same thing was 9.99 with 8.00 shipping.

As for powder and primer. I NEVER buy on line. Just dosent make sence to spend 20 on haz mat fee for a 20$ bottle of powder. Find a gunshop in your area. even if you have to drive 20 miles. you can still spend 100.00 and buy at least 4 bottles of powder and about 1000 primers that will keep you busy for a long time.
 
If you have one nearby Sportsman's Warehouse is usually cheaper for both primers and powder and that is before the $20 hazmat shipping fee.

I buy a ton of stuff from Midway but I've found if they stock what I'm looking for Sportsman's is cheaper.

Cabelas has some good prices, and E-bay has bargains particularly on reloading scales and brass.

For handgun bullets Berry's and Rainer (both available from Cabelas with excellent shipping) are good though they are plated so make sure you understand what that means.
 
instead of going to a factory outlet just buy from lee direct. thier prices are good and the shipping is dirt cheap. compare
 
Yea right, buy a Lee 1000 kit from the factory for $216.00 plus shipping when you can buy the same exact kit from Graf's for $135.00 shipping included. Graf's price on the Lee presses cannot be beat from what I can see. I won't waste my time on Ebay anymore. They start out at more than this Ebay and infllated shipping costs too. Example, last I looked they wanted $12.00 to ship a set of Lee powder dippers. Actual shipping cost for these would be $3.85. PT Barnum was right.
 
I like Midsouth as others have mentioned but www.natchezss.com is always competitive and usually has more in stock.

I check Natchez, MidSouth & Midway whenever I need supplies as I consider them the baseline.

FWIW Natchez always seems to have the most reasonable shipping prices as well.
