Children to be adopted into home of a Child Molester

Just nine days after her brithday on December 8th, 1999, young Christie Crowton and her 2 brothers, Jonathon and Patrick, were taken from their home and parents by the state of Michigan. Misrepresented and/or false allegations were placed upon the parent's actions and/or welfare which would inevitably lead to them losing their beloved children for what seemed forever. To this day David & Hege Crowton long for the right to if only hold them, and fight for the reunion of their family.
Soon, the children are to be placed in the foster care of a family whose son is a CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER. According to court records, this person pleaded no contest and was sentenced to probation for criminal sexual conduct (second degree) for what he did to a little 5 year old girl who was visiting the home. This scares the Crowtons for the safety of their children, especially young Christie, who is about the same age as the girl this person previously harrassed.

Anything is possible, but my girlfriend does pre-sentence investigations on sex offenders in Tarrant County (~Fort Worth, TX) and you would be amazed how prevelent these weirdos are. It is generally agreed by anyone familiar with the crime that they are incurable. In other words, once a sex offender...always a sex offender. The best hope is that they can be taught to control their urges, but they are never cured..in general of course. If this kid was convicted of molesting a 5 year old child, he should never be allowed to alone with a child and should probably be sterilized so that he can't create his own little victims.

Accusations are easy to make, but convictions are not.

Granted, that may be true, but, why would the State send a 5 year old to live with convicted child molester (who they deemed guilty) enough to convict?
Just to give him a second chance (to commit child molestation)?
I think the welfare of a 5 year old child is alot more important than the rights of a (rightfully or wrongfully) convicted child molester.
Would you send your child to live with a convicted child molester? Why ask for trouble?

Don't hate me for this, but I'm going to have to close this thread as off topic for this forum. I would encourage anybody interested to investigate further, this just isn't the place.

Personally I think child molesters should be shot. Screw rehabilitation.
