I have a Norinco Chinese SKS, made in 1968 and it's the best shooting SKS I have owned, better than my 2 Yugos or my Russian Tula refurb.
It was under $200, but there are some dings (minor) on the stock.
It is all milled, all matching #'s, was made in the year I joined the Army.
Older Norinco SKS's are military guns that were refurbished for sale in (mainly) the US.
I think $250 for a perfect one is just a tad high, but prices are going up.
I don't care for the (fake) paratrooper or cowboy models, and wouldn't bother with them.
