I just recently bought a Chinese SKS from a local dealer. I was wondering if there was anyway that I could find out whether my rifle saw active duty or not. I removed the original stock and replaced it with a Fiberforce Dragunov style and while looking over my old stock, I found a small fracture in the wood up where the rear sight is on the left hand side of the gun. After careful speculation I discovered the presence of hair and dried blood. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. On the left hand side of the receiver it says "9010380" and on the right had side it says "Made In China 7.62X39". Also on the stock on the left side from top to bottom it has "10380" engraved. If anyone knows what this stands for then please let me know. As I said before, I only want to know if this gun saw action or not. Thanks.
