Cimarron .32H&R Lightning any good?

I have the Model P Jr. in 38spl. Same frame w/ plow handle grip. I like it a lot. I would rather have had it in 32 H&R but I stumbled upon it and bought it. Accurate and fun to shoot with target loads. I think you'd have better luck finding a Single Six or a Single Seven. I have some of each and love the 32 cals

Man there are some really great responses in this thread, and it looks like the answer to my question is the make is quality, the unit is handsome, they are common enough that I should be able to find them with a bit of effort, and when I do I should share the result.

Thanks everyone for taking a moment of your time to help me out.

It seems like there have been a few Buckeye Blackhawk convertibles on Gunbroker sitting at around $1200 for the past decade or so. As far as I can tell, they just sit and get relisted. Never sell. I finally bought the .40/10mm when I found one (not on GB) for $800.

I’d like to add the .32 Buckeye some day, but again not at $1200+.

I do have the 8-shot .327 Fed Blackhawk. I will say it is a really big gun for the caliber. The .32 seems more suited to the Single Six size frame.

Oh man am I jealous of that 8 shot .327 fed Blackhawk. That is right up there with the Henry in .327 for .32 caliber dream guns. I bet .327 are smooth as silk out of it.

Yeah, at the time I thought I paid way too much for it. Now it’s not very far off from what the more common models are selling for.

Yeah what they are going for on gunbroker (which is always higher due to convenience) is nuts https://www.gunbroker.com/item/957796661

Before I discovered the cimarron this thread is about I was looking for the Lipsey .327 single 7, but I am not going to pay more for a SA than I paid for my Lipsey GP100 in .327.
