Civil War Skirmish Association

I've posted this same question on a couple of other sites, with limited results, thought I'd try here, too;

Anyone out there had any dealings with the Civil War Skirmish Association? I understand it is the western-state's equivalent to the N-SSA, am I correct? I've been on their website, but the contact info. is out of date.
I live in Washington state & was trying to find out how much activity there is up this way.

First, I'd try the N-SSA BB.

Second, while I have not had contact with them, it's my understanding that the CWSA has effectively broken up into two groups, one based in Texas, the other in California.
