Civilian Body Armor pricing

Who has the best pricing these days for Civilian Body Armor (yes, I know, the police are civilians too, but some vendors don't see it that way, and since I am a CIVILIAN, I want someone who will actually sell it to me). I'm thinking of BA that is fairly concealable, so not Threat Level IV, but other than that, I'm open to suggestions.

I work a rotating shift that has me in a not-so-nice section of town from 19:00 to 07:00.
