Nice pistol! The checkered slide release leads me to believe that yours is a transitional P49.
The Swiss P210 is by far my favorite autoloader to shoot, despite the fact that it gives me bad hammer bite, unless I attach a beavertail (-5 & -6 models) or put duct tape on the top of my hand. My first P210 is a beautiful -6 in 7.65 with a spare 9mm barrel. My first range session left blood all over the hammer. Nill used to make a beavertail that could be soldered on to the models that lack the tang screw, but I think that they discontinued it.
The Swiss P210 is an unbelievably durable pistol. A few my P210s came from Roco Systems. They used to compete with the P210 and told me of one of their competition pistols going 450,000 rounds with only three recoil spring changes. They further qualified that by saying those changes were probably not necessary.
If you are looking for a modern holster for the Swiss P210, Milt Sparks makes them.
