City of Cleveland had all kinds of restrictions. Registration, bans on specific weapons etc. Cleveland Hts had it's own set of rules.

Cleveland lost their bid to have their own version of gun regulations, Cleveland Heights will as well. The State Supreme Court already ruled on such antics by cities and local governments.
