So, after my debacle with another IWB style holster, a suggestion came my way to check out Clinger's holsters - specifically their No-Print Wonder Holster.

Disclosure:
I've only been using it for 2 days.

My thoughts:
It's a good $60.00 holster. It reminds me of the style of the CTAC holster - but without some of the "flair." It's rigid. It seams to be well made. Quality of materials seems good-to-go. I have a little concern about the raw leather on the right wing - but I'll see how that works after carrying in Miami and Orlando next week.

If interested in the full review - the video is here:

Thanks.

The holster is doing well so far. Certainly more comfortable in a pair of 5.11 (today) than jeans (yesterday) - but def. wearable in both for long periods of time.

That looks like an interesting design. I ordered their "stingray" holster for my Sig P290 and then realized it would not fit my gun with the laser attached so emailed them to cancel my order and they said if I could give them a few extra days they would get the laser and build one. They did and it is the best kydex holster I have owned. Perfect thickness and great retention which is adjustable. I wanted a simple one clip design for such a light gun and they did a great job. No sharp edges and even the inside of the screws for the clip are formed outward just enough that they never touch the gun. You can order custom colors and cant angles. I am now a fan of the Clinger company so I am interested in how this model works for you. :)

I just want to take a moment to say thank you for showing your target. (Even though it's not that important for a holster review.) For some reason, it really bugs me when YouTube reviewers don't show their targets. :D

ya know... I was actually debating on whether to do that or not.
I didn't want to get bombarded by comments saying that my shooting sucked or that I wasn't qualified to review a holster based on the draw - luckily I managed a fairly decent 8 shot group and decided to swing the camera around and show it.

If you'll notice, I forgot that I had 1 in the pipe and I was counting seven shots - then I realized I had one more to go. That one was a bit high and to the right. But still --mostly-- acceptable so I put it in the video. :)

Good video Jeremy!

One criticism for you: Remember your audience; I never heard of that holster so I had to wait until halfway through to learn it was an IWB holster, and only because I was watching (at 3:47) closely.

really curious

I am really interested about the no print part. I am actually wanting to buy one ghis week but was curious if you were satisfied with this holster. What is your final thou th t on this holster ?

I received one for a Glock 23 a couple of days ago and used it for the first time today. I've tried a number of other holsters, including a number of kydex, tuckable and soft nylon ones. It's only been 1 day, but this is the most comfortable one I've used yet. It also seemed to carry and distribute the weight of the gun well. it's the first one I've used that doesn't either dig in my hip of cause my belt to sag. It did conceal the gun well, and I noticed no printing. So far I'm a fan.

from the looks of the holster (and the way the website is set-up) it appears these are the same as "comfort holsters," without the gel on the back?

Review of my holster

I have had mine for a month now and could not be happier. I carry a smith and Wesson 40c. Which is really hard to conceal because of the girth of this double stack. I can wear all day comfortably and even conceals well with just a Nike dry fit shirt over it. Will recommend this holster for anyone. 100% happy with craftsmanship and comfort

I have a Clinger "Stingray" for my Shield. I've only had it for a few days, but it's very well made and as comfortable as kydex can get.

I have the no print wonder for xd mod 2 45. Its a very good holster but just could not get used to it, not really comfortable. I ordered the stingray with fbi cant and can not be more pleased. Most comfortable one yet. This is my last holster. Perfect for me. Easy to conceal the double stack 45.
