I was a lurker for a long time. Being new to guns I really didn't have any advice to give. I would spend a lot of time searching and learning. I didn't sign up right away because I know some forums will get rid of user names if they have zero post for a long time.

Be careful what you wish for.
Also, I would be willing to bet that many are registered users that just haven't signed in.

lurkers

Hi guys,I guess I could be called a lurker although I have registered,I have been reloading about 18 months and though I look in every day I have never found a topic I feel I could expand anymore than what you experienced guys
have already stated. So please keep up the good work and try not to be too hard on the guys who only prefer to read and learn:)

Nothing wrong with lurking, but there will come a time when someone will post a question and the lightbulb will come on "Hey, I know the answer to that!":D

Hi. :)

I've been lurking for a rather long time now, though mostly around this section. I decided to register because I've wanted to chime in a couple times, and also because, despite living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I don't really have anyone to talk about and share in my hobby with.

I'm a "lurker", been lurkin' fer somethin' to reload fer a week! I'm gonna stick around for awhile and see what I can pick up, I shoot, and have reloaded for going on 35 years now..... lets talk!

Yup.
Been registered for a while and have been reloading for a few months. I browse this section about 95% of the time I'm at The Highroad, and have never felt the need to post because I can always find the answer to any question simply by searching a topic.

So, I'm de-lurking for a minute to say thanks to all you dedicated posters who freely share your extensive knowledge. It's much appreciated.

I'm a new reloader...perhaps you could give me tips?

Well, I'm told the entire UGA football team has the letters "TGIF" emblazoned on their shoes. That stands for "Toes Go In First". :D

Is that the kind of information you needed ?
