I wasn't real nuts about the PMR because it's so light but I'll be all over the CMR. I love the .22Mag cartridge and while it will never be a cheap plinker, it's an incredibly useful cartridge. This would make a fantastic truck gun.

ISO certification is impressive
:banghead:

In what way? When the company I worked for was forced to implement by Government mandate, one of my co-workers best summed it up as "the progress impedance plan".

If Kel-Tec still does sub-contracts for KSC they need it (or they can't do the work), but my experience suggests ISO puts more work into pushing papers than production, and probably accounts for most of the new hires to do so. :(

Well, the release date is cool and I hope to buy one this year

... in fact, the CMR30 and maybe an AR pattern pistol with the silly SIG brace are about all I have on my "want" list right now.

But we all know about KelTec release dates. Especially the KelTec fans know about KelTec release dates.
... so I'll keep my excitement under control for now.

For the "why don't they make more" crowd - they ARE MAKING MORE. They've expanded production space and ramped up production quite a bit. They've prioritized making models they KNOW they can sell and produce faster for a while, they have said some really interesting things about RFB production vs RDB production, for example. (the RDB is simpler and will take less man-hours to throw together, meaning more units produced per day per workstation)

A Kel-Tec owner and lover here BUT, I will believe it when and IF I see it.... I wanted the RMR30. Would love a RFB rifle.
I know they have increased production (or they say) but the public wants to be able to buy them.....

Great guns and ideas, just limited production has hurt Kel-Tec, in my view.

Lateck,
