CNN on Diplomat Defence Training

CNN was reporting this morning on "Diplomat Defence", stating how the diplomats going to Iraq were taking a shooting course to learn how to "shoot 4 types of guns, including an AK-47". They showed a video clip of one of the trainee's learning to shoot a sig I think, and one of the commentors said it was a "8mm Glock". It just gets better from there, another one said that they were being trained to "Disable the weapons to keep them from firing indiscriminately", or to shoot back if they managed to get one away from an attacker, because as stated they WOULD NOT BE CARRYING ANY GUNS!

God what crap!
 
The sad thing is the the reporters don't see the slightest irony in any of that.

Reporters

Reporters used to be professional. THat means they used to research their subject. No wonder people don't believe them.
 
FWIW - If what was written about what was said by the reporters on the program was correct, the cnn story got a lot of what it said on the program wrong. On the other hand it IS cnn. Getting it wrong would be par for their operation...
 
Its the Communist News Network, what did you expect?

I, for one, would love to see some pansy diplomat shoot a Glock chambered for 8mm Mauser. Do you think they will use a clip?
