Don't they not make kids read Swift in school anymore. It is freaking satire people.
 
Eh the little bias in it was drowned out by the rest of the bit really. Colbert tried to get in WMD with the Washinton Post and saying "made a killing figuratively and literally." Yeah we get it, the gun model has been used to kill lots of people, used by people who were evil murderers and rapists. John Pike tried his best and did a fine job as far as he could go.
 
I finally got around to watching the video just now, and it was full of anti-gun BS. Images of any firearm married to the name "Osama bin Laden" are astonishingly destructive to the entire Second Amendment cause.

Colbert was doing what any anti-gunner does: Trying to blur the line between a tool and its operator -- the whole foundation of the anti-gun argument.
