Does anyone own one of these knives? I've wanted to buy a cold steel tanto for a few years but it seems like when i get the money around to order one there is always something more important, the kobun is 35 dollars so its not that expensive i was hoping someone could give me a firsthand account on it or should i just save up an additional 35-50 dollars and buy the recon tanto?
 
I want a small lightweight boot knife for "utility use" in situations where its all i can have. There is another cold steel made knife i looked at for the same purpose with a clip point blade but i really hate the sheath on that knife.
 
That looks like a good blade, if one were to gently ease that corner into a slightly smoother sweep and then clean up the bevels to match. Just can't stomach the "American Tanto" style.
