I'm not in Colorado, but browsed over this topic. I get delayed a lot, never been denied. I live in a free state, where we can do face-to-face sales and the like.
Like another poster stated, if you have no REASON to be denied, the FEDS are supposed to proceed you. As I understand it, it wasn't the Feds, it was the state.
This comment concerns me, to the point where I wanted to reply.The feds are not obligated to OK anyone buying a firearm.

If that's true, that's petty and bordering on unethical. They might just be using it as leverage to enforce you pay, but not paying a toll doesn't make you a felon.BI will deny a purchase in Colorado if you have outstanding toll road fees
