Is any one going to the Holt firearm auction this weekend here in the Springs? I am going to go to check it out and see if there are any deals to be had.

It would be cool to meet some other highroaders there.

The last Holt auction I went to was one of those sit down affairs where they parade the stuff in front of you on a stage.

In other words, if you weren't there the day before, you couldn't see the stuff up close.

They have two ranges, one out by Falcon (skeet, handgun from 3yd to 50 yd and rifle 100 and 300yd) and they have opened up a new larger facility down by Fountain with an informal plinking range on up to a planned 1000yd range.
