Colt 1860 stainless 2nd gen

Have a 2nd generation 1860 Colt stainless, circa 1982 with one piece Ivory grips (real ivory) that I would like to sell. Not sure what to ask. I know they are fairly rare and the beautiful one piece ivory grips bumps the price. Any opinions out there?

I'd auction it on Gunbroker or Auction Arms. I'm bettin that people may go crazy over that Colt you have.

GunBroker would be the place to go. A SS 1860, NIB would be worth around $950 with the real ivories adding $300-$350 more.

You should definitely consider gunbroker. It can be really surprising what a nice piece will go for on there. As long as two people are sufficiently interested you're good.

Colt photos

Here is a pic of my Colt. Not sure about selling yet, but not exactly sure what the Colt market is for these revolvers. Any thoughts would help. Thanks
