I found Handmade Holsters by Ed Buffaloe and he has several different holsters for the Colt Pocket Model 1908. Might be worth a look.

Glad to be of help. My brother has a beautiful nickel plated Model 1908 with factory pearl grips. Along with the gun there was an old H. H. Heiser pocket holster for it. First rate design and build quality it was essentially a flat, square piece of leather with a holster on it. There was a spring loaded catch which went into place in the trigger guard to hold the gun in place.

Good thing pants were a lot baggier back then because the gun and holster took up a lot space in your pants pocket!

That sounds like an Audley holster, bannockburn. You should Google them to see if they are like the holster you have. Donald Simmons wrote an excellent article about them 30-40 years ago, in one of Joseph Schroeder's Gun Collectors Digests.

Heiser was a top-notch holster maker, and there is a lot of collector interest in both Heiser and Audley holsters.

The holster I was referring to looks very much like this one and was stamped "H. H. Heiser" on the front of it.

I tote my 1908 in a Galco F119T/SCT 204B.
I originally bought this holster for a PPK/S, but found the Colt to be much more comfortable in it.
They're fairly common too.
