Colt 9mm Series 80 census
Very little information has been published about Colt's production of Series 80 guns in 9mm. If you have a Series 80 9mm, please post information about the serial number range of your gun and any information you may have about its production date.
To get things started, the distributor's invoice to the dealer from whom I purchased my M1991A1 9mm (Model O1992) was dated August of 1998 and the gun's serial number is NN012xx. Below is a picture of the gun as recieved from the factory.
