colt mark 4 series 80

I am looking at a Colt Mark 4 goverment model series 80. It is nickel plated in about 95% condition with packmyer grips. It comes with what appears to be an original mag. The dealer wants $440 for it. Is this a good buy? I don't have the serial number, but can get. I own guns, but just starting realy enjoy them. I've always liked the 1911 style, and this seems to be a good price for rec. shooting. Any feed back appreciated. Is this a good deal or should I wait for a better oportunity??
