According to those on the Coltforum.com who have one, no they don't. The frame dimensions and shape are different.

VZ Grips is about to release a line of new grips to fit the new Cobra.
Many people saw the pictures of the Cobra wearing VZ grips when it was announced.
It took a little time but they look really good:

This is from the Altamont grips website: "The Colt D-frame is similar, but not identical, to the 2017 Colt Cobra frame. Oversized Fingergroove D-frame grips (not Classic Panels) will functionally fit the 2017 Cobra frame, but there are frame variances and additional radiuses on the 2017 Cobra frame. We do not guarantee that D-Frame grips are fully interchangeable or will fit perfectly. Some custom fitting may be required."

Over at the S&W forum there is a thread for the new Cobra, where several grips are shown to fit more or less satisfactory - Colt wood grips for 3rd series D-frame, Pachmayr Compacs and Badger boot grips. As I understand it, the problem areas are the back of the trigger guard and the grip frame's bottom, which has more radiused edges compared to the original short D-frame.

I thought I wouldn't like the grips on my 2017 Cobra, but I've changed my mind, they grip well and feel great in my hand as well as handle recoil, so for now I'm good..

That may be my thread over at S&W. I've been carrying my 2017 Cobra with a Badger boot grip that works just fine. Would like a few more options.
