Colt Defender Recoil Spring

I've had my Defender for several years, and several hundred rounds have gone through it. I will need a new spring or complete recoil assembly for it one day soon. Colt didn't list the parts on their site that I could find and Brownell's has discontinued carrying them. Can anyone tell me where I might locate the parts?

I had to replace the recoil assembly on my new Defender.
Contacted Colt and they replaced it but it took them some time to "locate one"
In the end they were helpful.
Have you tried Wolff springs? Otherwise try contacting Colt.
Hope this was of assistance.

Wolff doesn't list anything for the Defender, and they haven't emailed me back yet. Colt was closed when I called them, but there were no parts listed for the Defender on the site.

I know I've read on one of the forums where there were some available, I just don't remember where.
