Colt HBAR

Hi all, I am planning on buying a Colt HBAR AR from one of my friends. He told me he vary rarely uses it and would like to buy a laptop, blah blah. Anyway, I have a few questions about it and can't seem to find the actual model that it is.

It has a flat top receiver like an M16A4, A2 hand-guards, regular AR style stock and stamped on the lower it says COLT HBAR MATCH or something along the lines. I understand the heavy barrel, but does the "Match" imply that it has a better trigger? I have only seen and held it once and I like it very much but can't find much about it.

Any info would be appreciated!

Nah! If the current owner didn't bugger around in it, and it doesn't sound like he did....it's got the same trigger components as any other Colt AR! The only time these puppies are tweeked is if they come from the custom shop. If it's off the shelf....than it's simply put together with the proper parts by Colt to meet that designation.
Still a real nice rifle...much better than most!
