I don't think so.
The Officer's Model Target Heavy Barrel was a 6", using the barrel profile of a New Service.
The 7.5" guns were more tapered, standard weight.
But I no longer have the book that shows them.

At one time I had one of the first model Colt OM Target with a 7 1/2 inch barrel. I have never seen anything but a 6 inch bbl on the later pre WWII and post WWII OM models.
That does not say tha one could nt have been produced by Colt on a custom basis. Check Sutherland's book o Colt's he has very complete records.
