Is there a list somewhere of Python S/N by year, after around 1978? (Trying to check S/N 46xxxx). Also, I heard quality of Pythons declined in later years, is there a cutoff year for the good ones? thanks
You either have too many numbers in your serial number, or is the last digit a letter ? That would be what we need to date it for you.
As far as a good or bad Python goes.... that's like asking about a good or bad Mustang. There's good & bad no matter what years you have. Each one should be judged on it's own.
