I would try Colt. There are no reasonable prices on parts for a Colt that was discontinued in 1969.

Kensight is selling EXACT replica Colt Accro factory type rear sights.
The Colt Accro was the standard adjustable rear sight used on virtually all Colt pistols up until 2004.
