Can any de-facto "Tactical Class" rifle compete in "Enhanced" division provided it has no muzzle brake and its optics are not over 4x?

pretty much.....

no brakes/comps allowed
no magwells
etc....

a good old carbine/rifle
no glass over 4x no other sights other than backups on gun for enhanced class.

example my stock rra m-4 ish gun with a aimpoint eothingy or my sb 1x4 is in enhanced

my same gun with a 3x and aimpoint/EO or a 2-10 moves me to open

again no brakes comps or magwells etc

Rules need to be clear enough that a person can read them and show up knowing that his rifle is "legal." There is a well-known and objective de-facto definition of what a "Tactical" division rifle is.

Here are several-- would these rifles be legal in Enhanced provided the brakes were removed and replaced with flash hiders and a "factory-made" sling was added?

As I understand it the comp prohibition is really more of a "don't blow your RSO's fillings out" thing.
