Recoil on the PM45 is pretty tame in my opinion. I can easily shoot 150 rounds per outing and not get phased by it.

I carry Corbon Pow'r Ball in all my autos.

AJM Blazer

The Glock's, compact 1911's, and the CS's are all too big to be a mouse gun or rat gun capable of fitting in a pocket. Not really interested in those.

Unless you want to deal with a KelTec (PF9 or P3AT) or possibly a BERSA CC you are are relegated to the PM 9 and that is probably more money than you want to spend.

Have you seriously considered a S&W snubbie revolver like a 442 or 642?
Puts you in a decent round. 38 spl plus P and easily pocket carried.

I lived in your frozen over tourist hell for twelve years. Great summers and the Cherry Festival is a great excuse to take the week off and drink, which is pretty much exactly what we did. Anchored up the boat and lived in the beer tent at the park. Greasy fries and cold beer, yum.

I dunno...the AMT isn't much bigger than the PF9...or even all that much wider. Even J frames seem to wide and long for pocket carry.
It's an option though, already have a Model 10 so .38 is in the stable.

We've lived here for four years now and well...we hate it. Overpriced, under developed, over crowded, nothing you need is here, and all the locals seem to think they live in paradise and it's still a small town so why grow the city or do anything to advance life up here...

...wanna buy a house? Hopefully we'll be out of here this summer/fall.

Claude, that is not a Semmerling.

All the guns listed are monsters compared to the Semmerling...

Enjoy this comparision, the top is an extremely rare Detonics converted to a double action (hand done by Secamp), the bottom is a rare .357 over .45 ADC.

The smallest true .45 automatic ever made was the XLM, a non-manual LM4 produced under special contract to the U.S. Army..suppressed as well.
It can be seen at the National Firearm Museum (NRA).
