Hello, yes the threads are left hand. they are 14x1 LH. although the wasr-10 is a single stack (low cap) rifle, converted to take hi cap mags. So if the rifle was converted to hi-cap the treads my be a diff. size.. But everyone that I have seen like this the they are still LH threads. So other breaks my not fit. One way to tell the dif between a low-cap and a High-cap rifle is the dimple above the mag on the reciver. A High-cap will have a dimple and a low-cap will not, but it will have a small piece of metal welded inside the reciver in the magwell.
