I read the replies about the amount of time that rapper T.I. got and I saw some very interesting and thought-provoking posts. I also saw a couple of things that I wanted to respond to but the thread has been closed. T.I. is not a drug addict. His felony possession charge was brought about because he was Selling crack, not using it. I also saw a post where someone was curious as to the amount of time that the bodyguard who set him up got. The body-guard got one year.
 
so.. what you are saying is that he wasnt destroying his own life with drugs, he was destroying the lives of others?.... all the more reason he shouldnt own a gun... he has no regard for the welfare of others... as shown by his DRUG DEALING.....

next comes the capitalism argument... he was just trying to make a buck.....

As I said when I closed the first thread, this is a purely political thread. We do not have a political forum. That is for a reason.
